Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. fresh basil (Ernessi Farms, Ripon)
- 2 oz. fresh mint (Ernessi Farms, Ripon)
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 cup local honey (Sunset Apiaries, Elkhart Lake)
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups salad oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until incorporated.
