Ingredients
SERVINGS: 4 wraps
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1 1/3 c. romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
- 24 slices salami
- 12 slices (about 1oz. each) Wisconsin fresh mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices heirloom tomato
- 12 large basil leaves
Instructions
In small bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper and salt; mix well. Place tortillas on flat surface and evenly spread sour cream mixture over each, leaving 1 inch around outer edges. Sprinkle romaine evenly among tortillas, covering entire sour cream mixture. Arrange 6 slices salami overlapping in row down center of each tortilla; top with 3 slices fresh mozzarella, 3 slices tomato and 3 basil leaves. Fold in one end of tortilla and roll each tightly; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
