Ingredients
SERVINGS: 2 cups
- 1½ c. (12 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1/3c. (2 oz.) Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 3 Tblsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Instructions
Beat the cottage cheese on high speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Serve chilled, with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or crackers.
