Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Rye
- 3/4 oz. orange & thyme syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 dash orange flower water
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
To make the syrup: combine 3 parts orange juice to 2 parts sugar in a saucepan. Heat to just below the boiling point, and add a large handful of thyme. Reduce heat to lowest setting, and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
