Ingredients
- Trimmed asparagus (as much as you want)
- Grape Tomatoes (cut in half, as much as you want)
- 1 Tbls Olive Oil (amount depends upon amount of vegetables)
- Garlic (chopped or minced, fresh or from a jar – to taste)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Fresh herb (if you have some, throw them in!)
Preparation
Combine in an oven-proof skillet. Shake together, put in oven set to 400 degrees (convection if you have it) for about 10 minutes. Be careful – the handle will be hot!
