MUSKMELON & LEMON BASIL COOLER

We serve this early fall when the local muskmelons are ripe. Aromatic and busting with flavor this is a wonderfully refreshing drink on a warm fall afternoon.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ripe muskmelon
  • 1 Tbls coarsely chopped lemon basil
  • 16 oz. lemonade (freshly squeezed lemons)

Instructions

Add above ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 45 seconds. Pour over ice and enjoy!
