Instructions
Create a Cranberry Simple Syrup: 2 cups of cranberry, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a pot. Boil for about 10 minutes.
Make sure the cranberries do not pop. Set aside to cool and strain out the cranberries.
Set cranberries aside.
Add 1 sage leaf and 3 cranberries to the bottom of your glass.
Add 1 tablespoons of cranberry simple syrup and muddle together with the sage and cranberries to release the oils.
Fill your cup with ice.
Add white cranberry juice to your cup and one shot of gin to your cup. Then stir.
Garnish your drink with 1 lime wedge, a sage leaf and cranberries.
