- 1 cup raw wild rice
- 4 cups water
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Rinse wild rice in strainer under cool tap water. In a saucepot, combine rice, water and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until rice grains burst open and puff. Drain rice in strainer to remove excess liquid.
