Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chopped edible flower petals
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs like mint, basil, oregano or sage
- 1 shallot, very finely chopped
- 8 ounces of Montrachet goat cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
Instructions
Using an electric mixer, blend the flowers, herbs, shallot, goat cheese and cream cheese until combined. Serve mixture in a small bowl or pipe into whole nasturtium flowers or on crackers.
Makes 1½ cups
