Edible Bites: Attention Cheeseheads!
Living in Wisconsin, we are all practically required to be cheese lovers and while edible Door does its best to present recipes to satisfy the loveable cheesehead, here’s a suggestion from the people who know cheese the best. The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB) periodically issues an on-line magazine titled Grate. Pair. Share. It’s packed with recipes (there’s a cheese somewhere down the ingredient list) as well as cheese pairings for meals or entertaining. Here’s a couple of recipes from the Harvest issue that was being featured at the time of publication. The fine people at WMMB have told me there’s a Holiday issue due out in late November.
