Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Add contents to mixer; mix well to puree all ingredients. Roll out on rice-floured surface to 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter. Line cookie pan with parchment paper and bake biscuits 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool overnight. Store in an airtight bag.
