Ingredients
- 2 Balls of Burrata, sliced in half
- 4 oz. Prosciutto
- 1 bunch of blanched asparagus, ends trimmed
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cantaloupe, melon balled
- Pesto, store bought or homemade
- 1/2 loaf of sourdough bread, ripped and toasted in oven
- 2 Eggs, poached
Instructions
Arrange all of the items on a large plate or platter as desired. Top with pesto. Serve
