Melissa Corbin grew up the daughter of farmers. It was then that she first learned to love and respect the land, the importance of food and community and how those values are kindred. A freelance food and travel journalist, she also founded Corbin In The Dell in 2012. Connecting farms, artisans, chefs and restaurants through content development, social media and local food sourcing, CITD is built upon the principles she embraced on the farm as a child. Corbin and her husband live in Tennessee where they “farm” 1/2 acre of “yarden.” When she’s not sinking her heels and hands into the earth, Corbin is most happy in the kitchen developing recipes and cooking up a bunch of love.
